Whyteleafe Apiary, is the centre of operation of East Surrey Bees. Here we run practical courses throughout the active beekeeping season (April to September.)  We have a number of hives of different types including, WBC, commercial, Dartington Long Hive, Langstroth, National and the 14 x12” national hive.

We produce nuclei for spring/early summer sale and while the majority of our honey production uses National, 14x12  and Commercial hives, we can produce nucleus colonies for other hive sizes if required.

During the season we have regular meetings and aim to further the science of beekeeping, keeping up to date with developments as they happen.  Courses are led by experienced beekeepers and can be taylored to your needs.
